Join us for this special Sunday morning online Kundalini Yoga class for the Fall Equinox and 2nd New Moon in Virgo. I’ll incorporate breathwork, kriyas, and meditations relevant to the astrology of the moment, aligned to the seasons of the year, and inspired by the numerology of the year (2025). This year holds the frequency of 9 (2 + 0 + 2 + 5 = 9) and I’'ll be teaching with a special emphasis on meditations, visualizations, and affirmations (all the subtle things that contribute to your magnetism). Set up a cozy nest in your home, have your magic nearby (candles, crystals, journals, etc), and a cozy cup of tea.
