INNER SEASONS

Winter (MOONTIME) is a time to say “NO”

This is a time to retreat, rest, shed, and empty out.  Ask yourself: What am I releasing?'

SPRING IS A TIME TO CHERISH YOURSELF

This is a time to plant new seeds for projects and ideas. Ask yourself: What are my new intentions

Summer” is a time to say “YES”

This is our most active time where you execute our many projects. Ask yourself: What ideas do I want to grow

FALL is a time to celebrate Yourself

This is our time to tap into our voice and reflect if we’re on the right path and begin to retreat for Winter again. Ask yourself: How am I abundant?

MOON MAGIC: SEASONS OF OUR CYCLE

The moon controls the tides of the oceans and influences the rhythm of every woman’s cycle. Just like the seasons of the year, we as women experience “inner seasons” of our moon cycle. Each season or phase has its own purpose and power that we can tap into and harness.

Whether you’re on the pill or you’ve completed your moonpause (menopause), your womb space (your center for creativity and manifestation) is still energetically influenced by the moon.

This journal is designed for women at all stages of life to deepen their knowledge of themselves and connect to the mystery, magic, and power of their moon cycle.

AVAILABLE EARLY 2020

Dear Future Readers,

I’m excited to share more about this project we’ve been working on. My hope is that this journal brings back the magic of our moontime and the sacredness of our bleed. It’s my aim to help de-stigmatize our periods as “curses” and start to understand that our body is giving us a powerful tool. Women around the world are reclaiming the stereotype of “PMS” as a time to “Please Make Space.” Each bleed, each moon our body gets us an opportunity for deep healing.

We’ll keep you updated!

Love, EB

BEST BITS POSTCARDS

What’s the best bit of your neighbor?

I grew up in Milwaukee and Chicago to me was the Art Institute and the Bean. It wasn’t until I moved to Logan Square five years ago that I came to know that the neighborhoods were the best bits of Chicago. Each one has its own personality.

These postcards are meant to illustrate the spirit of the season and inside scoop of the neighborhood. '

I custom make designs upon request.

If you only had an afternoon with your best friend, where would you take them?

What’s your favorite place to go on a rainy day?

Where do you go for the best cup of coffee or a sweet treat?

What do you do to feel a part of the community?
