FULL MOON IN VIRGO
Join us for a monthly online event to honor the Full Moon. We’ll begin with a chat about the themes of Full Moon + the astrological season, and participate in a Kundalini Yoga practice aligned to the astrological weather of the moment. Practices will vary depending on the specific energy of the each Full Moon, but might include manifestation practices, positive affirmations, journaling, reiki, oracle card readings, etc. I love being able to offer online classes as a way to build community across the world.
No previous experience necessary. Come as you are.
