Join me at Moving Galaxy for a special new moon workshop where I share one of my favorite styles of yoga — Kundalini Yoga & Meditation. This class will be aligned to support the current astrological weather. Gemini energy is connected to the throat chakra, so we will be singing, chanting, and journaling. Kundalini Yoga typically includes active breathwork, a dynamic movement set called a kriya, juicy relaxation, and meditations. It’s best understood by trying it, so come and enjoy the "putting yourself through the washing machine" feeling of this practice.
