Instead of crafting a New Year’s Resolution, consider selecting a word of the year that will guide your growth, your choices, and be a reminder of how you want to feel this year instead of what you want to achieve. To help you find your word, we’ll be doing a short Kundalini Yoga and Meditation set followed by some journaling.

If you’ve ever named something (a car, a pet, a business, a child), you’ll know there’s a certain ring and vibration when you land on the right name. For me, that’s the same when picking my word - there’s a ring to it that just feels right. Letters and numbers are interconnected. Words and frequencies are linked. For those who are curious, we’ll dive briefly into beginner’s numerology to unlock the hidden message of this year (associated with your birthday) and the hidden number associated with your word if you land on one during class.
